Basic Medical Services Offered:

• Annual Wellness Exams
  Comprehensive check-ups to assess overall health and catch issues early.
• Sick Visits
  Evaluation and treatment for common illnesses like colds, flu, infections, sore throat, etc.
• Chronic Disease Management
  Ongoing care for conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, thyroid disorders, and more.
• Preventive Care
  Screenings, vaccinations, lifestyle counseling, and routine labs to prevent disease. (screenings and vaccinations cost not included can be billed to insurance)
• Telemedicine / Virtual Visits
  Convenient access to your provider via video, phone, or messaging for quick issues or follow-ups.
• Lab Testing & Interpretation
  Routine lab work as warranted 
• Medication Management
  Prescription refills, medication adjustments, and help managing multiple medications safely. (Medications not included)
